We are happy to combine shipping, so if you've bought and paid for more than one item and paid more than one shipping charge, please email us at orders@hedgehogfibres.com and the extra charges will be refunded.
Once a package has been shipped, we can no longer assume responsibility for the contents and the value contained.
If you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier with your tracking number. Please note that between shipping and customs, parcels to the USA, New Zealand and Australia may occasionally take up to a month to arrive.
Customers outside EU are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs policies and are not included in the price of your order or shipping costs.
