We accept payments via American Express, Apple Pay, MasterCard, PayPal & Visa.
We try to ship within 5 business days of receiving your payment. We always combine shipping, so if you've bought and paid for more than one item and paid more than one shipping charge, the extra charges will be refunded. Shipping is via An Post registered express post with tracking. Once a package has been shipped, I can no longer assume responsibility for the contents and the value contained. If you have not received your package, please contact us for a tracking number. Be aware that between shipping and customs, parcels to the USA, New Zealand and Australia may occasionally take up to a month to arrive.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns and will gladly refund your money. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs. Items must be in original state - yarn cannot have been wound into a ball. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to accept custom orders currently. We are also unable to offer ball winding services.
