These are 4-skein sets of our Kidsilk base that are great for a shawl, or carry-along yarn for an ombré sweater project. Perfect for our newest free pattern

Each set consists of 4x 50g hand dyed yarn. Kidsilk Lace is 70% Kid Mohair, 30% Silk lace weight yarn. Glowing pure silk core wrapped in soft fuzzy mohair halo, the ultimate lace yarn. Use as carry-along yarn to add fuzziness to everything from scarves to sweaters or held double for extra fuzzy accessories. 50g/420m. Gentle hand-wash recommended.
Randomly dyed to prevent striping or pooling, as much as possible, our yarns create variegated effect that looks good in plain stockinette or advanced stitch motifs.
Hand-dyed in small batches in Cork, Ireland. Dyelots may vary though we represent every dyelot as accurately as possible in the product photos. Colours may vary from skein to skein, even within the same dyelot. If you buy more than one, we will do our best to match them up. Please ensure you buy enough to finish your project as future dyelots may vary. Please note, although we take great care in photographing our yarns, colours may vary slightly from monitor to monitor.
Additional Information
Gentle washing will keep your project beautiful for longer. For best results, hand-wash your finished project with a drop of detergent or wool wash. If combining light and dark colours, please swatch as the yarns may bleed. This is especially important if using deep reds. To minimise bleeding, hand-washing in cold water is the safest option.
