Skills needed:
German twisted or long tail cast on and sewn cast off. Knit in the round. The cowl took exactly 2 skeins of the suggested yarn. For a peace of mind buy 3 skeins, but if you are daring or willing to sacrifice one or two rounds, buy only two!
